Holidays are special times, and seasonal fun is one of life's many pleasures. More significantly, every holiday has something to teach us...if you give it a little thought, you'll know what that is--and the lesson might be something different for different people. It might even change for the same person at different times in their lives. For me, that's what makes holidays fun at any age!

Think of February 14th and Valentine's Day and I'm sure the word LOVE comes to mind :) Sure, the main emphasis is on romantic love, but it's a great day to celebrate all our love relationships! It's fun to think of little things to do to let those we care about know how we feel. One thing I've done for years is to make cards for my kids. I like to draw and so I create something that relates to their interests--generally with some humor involved. It's fun for me and I know they enjoy them. How will you share the love this Valentine's Day?!
