1. Prevention's Shortcuts to Big Weight Loss: Slim Your Belly, Butt, and Thighs--And Get Fit Twice as Fast by Chris Freytag. I really like the approach in this book!

2. Prevention's Firm Up in 3 Weeks: Trim and Tone Your Trouble Zones for Your Best Body Ever by Michele Stanten—another doable approach from Prevention, although more intense than the Shortcuts approach.

3. 2-Week Total Body Turnaround: The 14-Day Plan That Jumpstarts Weight Loss, Maximizes Fat Burn, and Makes Over Your Fitness Mindset Forever by Chris Freytag—this is tough but effective…not something for long-term!

4. The 90-Second Fitness Solution: The Most Time-Efficient Workout Ever for a Healthier, Stronger, Younger You by Pete Cerqua. I love this time-efficient workout for strength-training!

7. Mind Over Body: The Key to Lasting Weight Loss Is All in Your Head by Nordine Zouareg. Interesting in that it includes information on the mind and it's role in weight loss.

8. Jumpstart Your Metabolism: How To Lose Weight By Changing The Way You Breathe by Pam Grout. An interesting look at breathing and its effect on metabolism.

9. A Morning Cup of Tai Chi (The Morning Cup series) by John Bright-Fey. This is a fun and easy approach to Tai-chi.

10. A Morning Cup of Qigong (The Morning Cup series) by John Bright-Fey. Another book making it easy to practice this ancient exercise form.
